After taking out the Commercial Construction $25M - $60M category at the AIB Victoria awards, Terry on behalf of Higgins, has been awarded a National High Commendation for the delivery of Bass Coast College - San Remo.  

The AIB awards program recognises the leadership of individual building professionals to manage the on-time and on-budget completion of projects. Terry is an exceptional example of this. His performance in driving our team to deliver this entire campus in 9 months during the COVID-19 crisis period, makes him a very worthy recipient.

About the project
In partnership with the Victorian School Building Authority and Bass Coast College, we delivered a brand new middle years campus which opened in Term 1, 2023. 

The five-building addition complements the college’s two existing campuses and will support the long-term enrolment of 500 students across Years 7-9. We undertook the entire design and construction, including a sporting oval, four hardcourts and external landscaping within an accelerated program during the ever evolving covid climate. 

The success of this project was the result of a phenomenal team effort and we’d like to acknowledge our many project partners who contributed to its recognition.
