'Project One' extended coast to coast, covering many regional and remote locations. From our offices in Victoria and Queensland, we managed an array of building scopes tailored to the different supermarket sites. These ranged from smaller upgrade works to major refurbishments, including new internal fitouts.

This roll out was a key moment in Higgins' history. In just three years, we expanded our retail portfolio by 500% and grew our network of subcontractors and suppliers extensively. We gained expertise that shaped the foundations of our approach to retail construction and remains part of our current practices.
