Our rejuvenation of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre's Fresh Food precinct unfolded in two planned phases, transforming the area with lighting, seating, and a children's play zone. This overhaul touched everything from the ambient lighting to the spatial arrangement, breathing new life into dining and retail spaces with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetic appeal. The project artfully balanced the old and the new, replacing dated fixtures with contemporary designs and infusing the area with a fresh, inviting aura.

Our team adeptly managed the complexities of upgrading within an active shopping environment, minimising disruptions to pedestrians and retailers. Precision in execution was crucial, with each step planned to ensure minimal noise and maintain cleanliness. We implemented temporary measures like hoardings and dust control to safeguard the surrounding areas.

Communication stood at the forefront of this project, with ongoing dialogue with Centre Management and stakeholders to navigate each phase. This approach preserved the shopping centre's dynamism but also enriched the Fresh Food precinct with a refined space that caters to the community's evolving needs.
