Process
Amidst a fast-tracked program, we took on an expanded scope, completing nearly $10M of additional works. By adopting a phased design approach, we synchronised our on-site progress with ongoing drawing development. Despite delays in securing permanent power, we achieved an early practical completion for the entire project.
