Strategically located in the rapidly growing Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor, Foxwell Coomera will span 47.7 hectares at the heart of the Coomera Town Centre.

Higgins has been a proud partner of Keylin & Kinstone Group in the planning of multiple construction stages as part of the development, which began with this project.

Stage 1 transformed a vacant parcel into a quick-service restaurant hub. The completed precinct now hosts McDonald’s, KFC, and Taco Bell, making it a key attraction within this emerging development.

To streamline construction, we managed the entire stage via two contracts, one for KFC and Taco Bell (Keylin and Kinstone) and another for McDonald's for (McDonald's Australia), delivering all three buildings concurrently.
