Taco Bell, the renowned American fast-food giant, selected a site in North Lakes for one of its flagship Australian locations. Higgins proudly partnered with Collins Foods to deliver the new standalone restaurant and drive-thru facilities.

Our team faced the challenge of adhering to a 12-week program with a highly publicised opening day which required unwavering commitment to deadlines. Furthermore, being the second Taco Bell in Australia, we needed to adapt to design changes throughout the project, smoothly incorporating them during the building process. To avoid any potential overrun, we implemented round-the-clock site operations.

Our strong partnerships with key trades was crucial to the successful completion of this project. Higgins’ extensive experience in delivering quick-service restaurants has cultivated long-standing relationships with many subcontractors.
